We offer professional consulting services for restoration of older homes; all or part of it.  We can help project manage your house restoration, and work with your contractors, suggest resources, and guide you in the restoration process.   Did you just buy a house, and don't know where to start?  We can help, we've done whole house restorations.  Do you want to redo your kitchen or bath, but still retain the look and feel for the rest of your home?  We can help, we've done kitchens and baths.  Do you want to just get help with historically accurate decoration and paint color?  We can help, we've done historically accurate interiors and paint colors.

Structural deterioration and owner "remodeling" are the biggest causes of a compromised historic property.  Many historic homes may not provide adequate space for today's needs.  We can evaluate multiple options for finding new space, creating new space, and work with architects for additions that are sympathetic with the existing house.  We can assist in all these areas. 

We also offer custom designed murals  and their painting on a very limited basis.
